Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry peers for operational purposes.
- Oversee survey projects and/or direct preparation of all types of surveys.
- Provide guidance and direction to office staff and field crew(s).
- Collaborate weekly resource needs with others on the management team.
- Consult with clients and maintain strong client relationships.
- Maintain monthly project invoicing.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Adhere to safety protocol.
- Manage and coordinate projects with multiple team members.
Requirements
- Registered Professional Land Surveyor in FL.
- AAS or BS Degree in Surveying preferred.
- A successful track record of building client relationships in the surveying and related mapping industry.
- Strong team building skills and experience leading a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experienced in all aspects of land surveying (FDOT a plus).
- Knowledge of processing of raw (field) survey data, including digital levels, GNSS, robotic total stations, terrestrial and/or mobile LiDAR, UAS data processing a plus
- Knowledge of CADD software, Microstation and AutoCAD software a plus.
