Our kitchen is dynamic, fast-paced, and built on teamwork, craftsmanship, and a shared passion for great food. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Pizza Cook to join our line.
Position Overview
As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for managing the pizza station from prep to service. You’ll handle high-volume shifts while maintaining consistent quality, precise dough stretching, and proper oven management.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, shape, and top pizzas to recipe standards with high attention to detail.
- Safely and efficiently operate and manage the high-temperature oven.
- Maintain station organization, cleanliness, and strict sanitation standards.
- Complete prep work, including chopping, sauce preparation, and portioning ingredients.
- Communicate effectively with line cooks, kitchen leadership, and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth timing during service.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience with pizza making (wood-fired or high-temperature deck oven experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of dough handling, stretching, and fermentation.
- Ability to work efficiently and stay calm under high-volume pressure.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- Strong work ethic, punctual, and team-focused attitude.
