Role Summary
This role supports development and maintenance tasks while gaining experience in a large-scale federal modernization program.

Implement assigned web development tasks under supervision

Assist with defect resolution and testing support

Participate in documentation and knowledge-sharing activities

Learn ATRRS system architecture and development standards
Minimum Requirements-
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: 1-3 years of professional or academic/internship experience in software development.

Technical Proficiency: Foundational knowledge of React, TypeScript, Java, PostgreSQL

Certifications: Active IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE) or willingness to obtain it within a specified timeframe.

Compliance: Must meet standard defense contract requirements.
Preferred Expertise-
ContainersMicroservices: Spring Boot, Hibernate, exposure to Docker and microservices architecture (ECS or EKS).

CloudDevOps: Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and GitLab pipelines.

Agile Collaboration: Experience using Jira or GitLab for task tracking and agile collaboration.

Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to learning.
