Alpen Haus & The Golf Lodge at 13 N Washington in downtown Valparaiso. We are the only authentic German restaurant in Northwest Indiana, paired with a 4-bay Trackman golf simulator lounge under one roof. Two service models, one venue: full-service bierhalle-style dining and bay service for our simulator guests.
We are hiring Bussers, Food Runners, and Hosts for our opening team.
What you'll do:
Bussers & Food Runners — Keep the dining room and simulator bays running smoothly by clearing and resetting tables, running food to tables and bays promptly and accurately, and supporting servers with side work and guest needs throughout the shift.
Hosts — Greet guests as they arrive, manage seating and wait times across both the dining room and simulator bays, answer phones, and set the tone for a great first impression.
All FOH support roles help maintain cleanliness, steps of service, and a high standard of guest experience.
What we want:
Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required — we'll train the right attitude. Comfortable moving quickly in a fast-paced environment. Team players with energy, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn our German hospitality culture.

Compensation:
Bussers & Food Runners: $14.00 per hour plus tip-out.
