Title: Superintendent (Fleming Complete)
Fleming Complete in Mesa, AZ is searching for an experienced Construction Superintendent for tenant improvement projects. The ideal candidate must possess the knowledge and confidence to engage and professionally interact with subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
Location: This position is a mobile position with a company provided vehicle, the office is in Mesa, AZ

Duties & Responsibilities (not limited to) :
· Perform duties at multiple job sites, overseeing project from start to finish
· Execute and manage safety standards and practices in accordance with Fleming and OSHA policies
· Open/close construction site daily with daily photos and production reports to reflect progress
· Complete and electronically submit daily reports
· Ensure subcontractors are fully executing and complying with scope of work, document, and write-up and communicate any concerns or violations
· Identify work deficiencies, provide, and enforce solutions
· Professional follow through with actions and commitments
· Ensure quality, demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, while completing work in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Skills:
· 8 years in construction trades, including 4 years as Superintendent
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
· Current valid Arizona Driver’s License with a clean driving record
· Independently work in the United States, in various temperatures and environments
· Capable of lifting 50 lbs.
· OSHA30
· Practices diligence with a sense of urgency
· Meticulous with an elevated level of integrity
· Communicate clearly (verbal and written) with customers
· Self-motivated, sound judgement and critical thinking
· Language: English, bilingual a plus

Pay: $92,349.69 - $98,829.53 per year
