Electrical General Foreman – Data Center Project
Location: Port Washington, Wisconsin
We are seeking an experienced Electrical General Foreman to lead field operations on a large-scale Data Center construction project in Port Washington, WI. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader with strong commercial or mission-critical experience to join a growing team on a high-profile project.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise electrical field crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Coordinate daily activities with project management, subcontractors, and other trades.
- Plan manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize productivity.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct safety meetings and maintain a strong safety culture on the jobsite.
- Track production, resolve field issues, and maintain project documentation.
- Mentor and develop foremen, apprentices, and electricians.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.
- Previous experience as a General Foreman or Senior Foreman.
- Data Center, mission-critical, industrial, or large commercial project experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple crews and coordinate with project stakeholders.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and electrical specifications.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
