We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher to support the kitchen team in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient restaurant environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring all dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen areas meet high cleanliness and sanitation standards in a fast-paced upscale casual dining setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of dish area, kitchen floors, trash stations, and storage areas
- Assist with basic kitchen support tasks such as stocking supplies and organizing deliveries
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Support kitchen staff during busy service periods while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
- Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is helpful but not required
