LUXURY FASHION VIP/CELEBRITY PR OPPORTUNITY: ALTA MODA COMMUNICATIONS SHOWROOM INTERNSHIP
Alta Moda Communications is seeking exceptional Los Angeles based showroom interns to support our PR Team. This in-office position provides direct experience with our brands including Schiaparelli, Ashi Studio, Victoria Beckham, Iris Van Herpen, Ami Paris, Moschino, Roberto Cavalli, Etro, Alberta Ferretti and more.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate LaunchMetrics Fashion GPS for logistics management and inventory
- Work directly with Public Relation Executives to implement organized systems for sample maintenance and transportation
- Support in-office showroom appointments/pulls and returns of couture and RTW looks
- Execute sample logistics including inventory, international shipping with customs documentation, and local courier coordination
- Manage sample inventory and maintain showroom appearance and supplies
- Assist with press clippings following placements on events such as MET Gala, Fashion Week, Award Season and other red carpet press events
- Correspond with publications, stylists, internal teams in a timely and professional manner
QUALIFICATIONS
- Entry-level position for academic credit
- Previous internship experience or entry-level retail experience in the fashion industry is encouraged
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Team-oriented with initiative and problem-solving abilities
- Positive, can-do attitude
