Round Bagels & Donuts is looking for a reliable, experienced Lead Baker to join our amazing team! We're a fast-paced, quality-focused bakery known for our fresh bagels and baked goods, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and enjoys being part of a team.

REQUIRED
- 3+ years of professional restaurant or baking experience
- OR
- 2+ years of restaurant management experiencePlease do not apply unless you meet one of the above requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
- Proofing, stretching, seeding, and baking bagels
- Preparing and baking additional bakery items
- Daily food prep
- Washing dishes and maintaining a clean kitchen throughout the shift
- Receiving and putting away deliveries and stocking inventory
- Cleaning and organizing work areas
- Assisting front-of-house staff and other team members as needed
- Helping ensure the kitchen is fully prepared for the next day's production
This is a hands-on position. Our team works together, and everyone is expected to contribute wherever needed to keep the store running efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong basic math skills (must calculate daily bake counts)
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must be able to start work at 4:00 AM
- Weekend availability is required and is non-negotiable
