Maintenance Technician II ||Location: Allentown, PA || On-Site
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to support preventive, predictive, corrective, and reactive maintenance in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting experience with CNC machinery and electro-mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and routine maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines.
- Repair and install electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Calibrate process control equipment and instrumentation.
- Repair, rebuild, and install centrifugal and diaphragm pumps.
- Maintain motor starters, VFDs, and servo controls.
- Install piping, conduit, and raceway systems.
- Perform facility and building maintenance.
- Document maintenance activities using computerized maintenance systems.
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree/trade school in a technical field + 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, OR
- High school diploma/GED + 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
Preferred Skills
- PLC, CNC, and electronic controls experience.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with electro-mechanical systems, servos, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and industrial controls.
- Ability to read mechanical/electrical schematics and equipment manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
