Pay & Career Advancement
- Starting Pay: $17.75 per hour
- Assistant Crew Leader: $19.25 per hour
- Crew Leader: $20.75 per hour
- $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
45-Day Career Path

Key Responsibilities
- Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control zones.
- Direct traffic safely and efficiently when required.
- Ensure the safety of workers, motorists, and pedestrians.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and industry regulations.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while representing the company.
Qualifications
- Dependable with a strong attendance record.
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
- Commitment to always wearing and maintaining proper PPE.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Traffic control or flagging experience is a plus but not required.
- In-house flagger certification and training provided.
