850 Therapy is a growing pediatric therapy practice in Crestview, Florida, providing speech, occupational, and physical therapy services to children and families throughout our community.
We pride ourselves on creating a supportive, collaborative environment where therapists can focus on providing excellent patient care while our administrative team handles much of the day-to-day scheduling and operational support.
As our clinic continues to grow, we are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team. We are currently considering both full-time and part-time candidates.
Position Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist will provide evaluation and treatment services to pediatric patients with a variety of developmental, sensory, motor, self-care, and functional needs.

Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current or eligible Florida Occupational Therapist license
- NBCOT certification, as applicable
- Ability to pass required background screenings
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Dependable, professional, and patient-centered approach
Preferred:
- Pediatric occupational therapy experience
- Experience working with children with autism, developmental delays, sensory processing needs, fine motor delays, feeding or self-care challenges, and other functional needs
- Experience in an outpatient pediatric therapy setting
Experienced clinicians and newer clinicians who are passionate about pediatrics are encouraged to apply.
