Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) who is credentialed with Bluecross blueshield and or CMS. In this role, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes by implementing evidence-based strategies, collecting and analyzing data, and providing clinical supervision to behavior technicians. Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological assessments to identify underlying causes of behaviors
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
- Collect, analyze, and graph data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
- Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians ensuring fidelity to intervention protocols
- Perform patient assessments, including intake evaluations and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism or other neurodevelopmental disorders
- Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to support client needs across home, school, and community settings
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Support clients through home-based behavioral therapy sessions and school-based interventions as needed
- Conduct behavioral health consultations and support clients during behavioral intervention implementation
- Communicate effectively with clients’ families about progress, challenges, and next steps in treatment plans
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in clinical or educational settings, especially those with disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders
- Demonstrated expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA), functional assessment, and behavior intervention strategies
- Experience performing behavioral health assessments such as Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations for autism spectrum disorders
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and medical records management in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Home-based behavioral experience working directly with children with disabilities in their natural environments
- School experience supporting children with developmental disabilities within educational settings
- Proven ability to provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians or junior staff members
- Strong client communication skills to effectively engage families and multidisciplinary teams

Pay: $85.00 - $90.00 per hour
