CSR Logistics, a contracted service provider is urgently hiring FedEx Ground Delivery Drivers in the Sauget, IL to deliver to residential and business locations within approximately a 75-90 mile radius. We primarily deliver in: Collinsville, Maryville, Glen Carbon, Troy, Granite City, and Pontoon Beach. Local knowledge of these areas is a major advantage!
No CDL required! Drug Test Mandatory!
Pay: $19 - $24 per hour Top Driver Pay: Up to $25 per hour.
Reporting time: 8:30 am
Schedule: 5 days a week. Typical schedules may range from Monday through Friday or Wednesday through Sunday.
Provided: Vehicle, uniforms, scanners, hand-cart for heavy items

✅ Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 21 years of age
- 1 year of verifiable driving experience
- Driver’s license and a clean driving record required
- Ability to lift up to 150lbs regularly
- DOT physical, drug test and background screening
✅ What a Typical Day Looks Like
This is a physical job and requires that the delivery driver gets in and out of the truck at each stop. Here is how your day will look like:
- Show up to the terminal on time, load/ organize your packages
- Inspect your vehicle before and after every shift
- Deliver 150+ packages, ensuring every stop is completed with care
- Handle all package sizes safely: no damage to goods, vehicle, or yourself
- Punctually complete all scheduled pickup stops without exception
- Scan and log every pickup and drop-off accurately
- Represent the company well at every door you knock on
Entry-level drivers typically complete 19–25 stops/hour. Experienced drivers with strong route knowledge often reach 25–30+ stops/hour. High performers have opportunities to grow their efficiency and earnings.
