Roman Air Heating & Cooling is looking for a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC service, repair, and installation. We are seeking a professional who can diagnose issues efficiently, provide excellent customer service, and represent our company with integrity.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
- Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, thermostats, and related components
- Clearly explain findings and recommendations to customers
- Complete service documentation accurately and timely
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Follow all company safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with service, repair, maintenance, and installations
- EPA Certification preferred
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in Florida weather conditions
