The Barista/Cashier/Host is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest while providing outstanding customer service. This position combines barista, cashier, and host responsibilities to ensure efficient front-of-house operations. Team members prepare beverages and food items, process guest transactions, answer phones, seat guests, and help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment.

Greet every guest with a friendly, welcoming attitude and create a positive first impression.

Accurately take guest orders and process payments using the point-of-sale system.

Prepare and serve coffee, specialty beverages, and food items according to company standards.

Seat guests promptly and maintain an organized, clean, and comfortable dining area.

Answer incoming phone calls, assist guests, and accurately process to-go orders.

Keep front-of-house areas clean, stocked, and well maintained throughout each shift.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service and an exceptional guest experience.

Assist with stocking, cleaning, and other front-of-house duties as assigned.
