To be successful in this role, you must have:

A 4-year degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field

2-6 years of experience in marketing coordination, creative project management, brand coordination, marketing operations, or creative services

Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Wrike, Microsoft Planner, or similar
-
Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills
-
A love for pets (seriously-do you have a pet? We'd love to hear about them!)
Preferred:

Adobe Illustrator experience and comfort working with creative assets

Consumer products (CPG), manufacturing, retail, or eCommerce experience

Experience supporting packaging, product launches, or brand initiatives

We're seeking a Marketing Project Manager to help bring new products, packaging updates, marketing campaigns, and creative initiatives to life while ensuring projects are completed on time and with excellence. Duties:
Marketing Project Management

Lead marketing projects from concept through launch

Create and manage project timelines and schedules

Coordinate priorities across marketing, sales, operations, product development, customer service, and leadership teams

Facilitate project meetings and maintain detailed action plans
-
Track project milestones, approvals, deadlines, and deliverables

Identify potential roadblocks and proactively develop solutions
-
Improve processes and workflows to support marketing efficiency
Product Launches & Brand Coordination

Coordinate new product launches and marketing initiatives
-
Manage packaging updates and artwork approval processes
-
Support retailer marketing programs and promotional campaigns
-
Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
-
Assist with website and eCommerce marketing projects
-
Support digital marketing efforts and ongoing brand initiatives
Creative Operations
-
Coordinate designers, photographers, agencies, printers, freelancers, and creative vendors
-
Develop and manage creative briefs
-
Oversee photography and video project logistics
-
Organize and maintain marketing asset libraries
-
Support trade shows, events, and promotional activities
-
Coordinate print and digital production projects
Details:

Pay: $70,000-$90,000 annually depending on experience level
