Job Title: Production & Warehouse Manager – CNC Machining Shop
Location: Irvine, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, and

shipping

Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Optimize workflow, layout, and inventory processes for maximum efficiency

Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
-
Manage daily production activities and staff scheduling
-
Coordinate with engineering, quality, and warehouse departments
-
Monitor production output and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in warehouse & production management or a similar role
-
Ability to speak Mandarin preferred (headquarters in Taiwan)

Strong analytical, and communication skills
-
Proficiency in production & inventory management systems
-
Ability to troubleshoot and solve operational challenges
