We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Service Parts Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Our Service Parts Coordinators are responsible for sourcing and procuring parts required to complete service calls in the quickest yet most cost-effective way. They assist in obtaining parts pricing from suppliers to assist with delivering accurate quotes for repairs to customers in a timely manner. Service Part Coordinators receive incoming parts and mark them with the proper service job number and work in conjunction with service coordinators and other personnel to distribute parts to the field. They also maintain accurate inventory records and protect the integrity of the inventory database.
Duties
- Purchase parts for service work orders
- Monitor & track the arrival of parts on order
- Follow up on all pending orders and continually update the ETA of parts on order
- Communicate with team members and others regarding parts, equipment, hardware, compressors, or other items
- Accurately receive, maintain and ship inventory daily
- Assist with completing inventory/cycle counts in accordance to the warehouse/fleet schedule
- Operate material handling equipment such as fork trucks, lifts, and manual material handling equipment
- Assist with updating equipment files as information is received from installation as needed (warranties, equipment info, etc.)
- Facilitate return of defective warranty parts from the field and label them accurately
- Shipping & Receiving
- Meet the physical demands of the position which includes manipulation of average to heavy weights (weight range up to 50 lbs.), standing for extended periods of time, use of associated equipment needed for common assembly work, packaging, shipping, and receiving
- Other duties as assigned

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Two years’ related experience and/or training in purchasing and/or inventory control or equivalent combination or education and experience
- Ability to Lift 50+ Pounds
- Ability to pull/push heavy items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small crawl spaces.
- Stand, kneel, bend, twist and squat
- Willingness to Work Indoors and Outdoors Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good oral and written communication skills

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
