The Fairfield Inn by Marriott Milwaukee Airport in Oak Creek, WI, is currently taking applications for a Full-Time Front Desk Rep. Must be open to all shifts, and weekends are a must. We are looking for a candidate who will provide excellent customer service to guests. Pay is commensurate with experience.

Position Summary:
The number one priority of this department is guest satisfaction. You are the key to exceeding guests' expectations through the reservation and sales process, check in and check out process, using proper telephone etiquette and basic telephone skills, addressing and handling guest comments and concerns, offering proper service and amenities of the hotel along with knowledge of area businesses and attractions, accurately balances daily cash and credit card transactions and has full knowledge of the hotels safety and emergency procedures. Must perform the job with professionalism in a positive and friendly manner.
What You’ll Do
- Assist our guests with any needs and requests, making our guests your number one priority.
- Register guests, assign rooms (check-in/check-out), and handle reservations.
- Coordinate and communicate the needs of housekeeping and maintenance.
- Handle guest concerns and properly Make It Right
Our Successful Candidate
- Experienced in customer service, preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry.
- Can listen and negotiate win/win outcomes for our guests
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be flexible with scheduling and the needs of the hotel.
Skills
- Preferred experience as a Front Desk Rep or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent math skills
- An eye for detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- Availability to work second shift and weekends
