Shift Details

Initial Training Period: Monday through Thursday, from 6:30 PM to 5:00 AM.

Standard Shift Post-Training: Thursday through Sunday, from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Manage rubber production equipment to ensure safe and productive output.

Utilize technical schematics and production directives to guide your daily tasks.

Configure and calibrate machinery to keep operations running smoothly.

Examine completed goods to verify they satisfy our rigorous quality requirements.

Execute fundamental mathematical tasks and precise measurements.

Spot and communicate any equipment malfunctions or manufacturing irregularities to assist in maintaining workflow.
