PROCO Commercial Roofing is an industry-leader that services companies of all sizes, from small "mom-and-pops" businesses to large national brands and entire university campuses and stadiums. We are looking for a hardworking and ambitious individual to join our team as a Site Supervisor for our commercial roofing division. This role is critical in supporting field operations through timely material deliveries and job site oversight. You must have a strong work ethic, a sense of urgency, and a willingness to get your hands dirty.
What You'll Do:
As a Commercial Site Supervisor, you’ll play a critical role in project execution by:
- Managing daily on-site operations and supervising roofing crews
- Ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are upheld
- Coordinating materials, equipment, and timelines
- Communicating with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
- Providing hands-on leadership to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing or construction supervision
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Certified to operate SkyTrak and Boom Lift systems
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
