Escandon Diagnostic Clinic is a well-established, privately owned primary care practice serving a large and loyal patient population in Mission, Texas. For years, our clinic has been committed to providing accessible, high-quality healthcare to our community with a focus on compassion, respect, and continuity of care.
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Family Nurse Practitioner who is dedicated to delivering excellent patient care while working in a supportive and efficient clinical environment.
This role is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner who values both meaningful patient relationships and clinical productivity. Our established patient base allows providers to step into a full schedule immediately, while our experienced team supports the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.

Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan

Conduct routine physical exams, wellness visits, and preventative care screenings

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with Texas regulations and clinical protocols

Order, review, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies

Perform minor in-office procedures as appropriate

Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventative health measures

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation

Adhere to clinic policies, safety standards, and HIPAA regulations

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program

Current Texas Nurse Practitioner license

National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Salary starting at $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience
