Job Summary

Duties
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models utilizing frameworks such as TensorFlow and other AI/ML libraries to address real-world challenges.
- Implement scalable big data systems using Hadoop, Spark, and ETL processes to manage large datasets efficiently.
- Develop predictive models and perform statistical analysis for research purposes, ensuring accuracy and robustness.
- Optimize AI models through rigorous evaluation, model training, hyperparameter tuning, and deployment strategies in cloud environments like AWS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate natural language processing (NLP) capabilities and generative AI solutions into existing platforms.
- Conduct data mining and data analytics using SQL databases, R, SAS, and statistical analysis tools to extract actionable insights.
- Design database schemas and implement database design best practices for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Utilize machine learning frameworks such as Spark implementation and machine learning cloud services to enhance scalability and performance of AI solutions.
- Support model evaluation through statistical modeling techniques, ensuring models meet accuracy standards before deployment.
- Develop automation scripts using Bash (Unix shell), VBA, or Talend for streamlined data processing workflows.
Experience
- Proven experience working with AWS cloud services for deploying machine learning models at scale.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, C, and SQL for developing AI applications and data processing pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow or similar deep learning frameworks for model training and inference.
- Demonstrated knowledge of unsupervised learning techniques such as clustering and dimensionality reduction.
- Familiarity with big data systems including Hadoop, Spark, Talend, and Looker for analytics and reporting purposes.
- Background in statistical analysis tools like R or SAS for research-driven insights.
- Experience implementing natural language processing (NLP) applications or generative AI models is a plus.
- Ability to design scalable AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems while ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Strong understanding of database design principles along with experience working with SQL databases for complex querying tasks.
