Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Fulfillment Specialist to manage product listings and support online sales operations. This role is responsible for accurately listing products on various e-commerce platforms so they can be purchased by customers, as well as assisting with order fulfillment and inventory management.

Create and manage product listings on multiple online marketplaces and company websites

Write clear, accurate product descriptions and upload photos

Set pricing, update availability, and monitor listings for accuracy

Process customer orders and coordinate packing and shipping

Maintain organized inventory records

Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time

Communicate with supervisors regarding stock levels and listing issues

Resolve basic listing or order-related problems

Follow company procedures and quality standards
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Experience with e-commerce platforms (preferred but not required)

Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, online systems)

Strong attention to detail and organization

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Good written communication skills

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs (if applicable)
