Aloha Auto Depot is seeking an experienced Master Automotive Technician with strong diagnostic abilities to join our growing independent automotive shop. Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced diagnostics on a wide variety of vehicles
- Identify and repair electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, suspension, and HVAC concerns
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and service information to efficiently troubleshoot issues
- Complete repairs accurately and according to manufacturer standards
- Conduct multi-point inspections and clearly document findings
- Work closely with service advisors to communicate repair needs and recommendations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Mentor and support less experienced technicians as needed
Qualifications:
- Master-level diagnostic skills required
- Minimum 5 years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic experience
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- ASE Certifications preferred
- Experience with CDK dealership software is a plus
- Hawaii State Safety Inspection License is a plus
