Role Summary
Writing Sample Required
This role supports leadership engagement planning, communications development, and operational execution for senior leadership meetings and enterprise-wide events. Working closely with Communications leadership, this position helps ensure leaders are prepared, large-scale events are executed successfully, and key messages are communicated consistently across the organization.
The role is responsible for maintaining key messaging, editorial calendars, and communications planning materials while supporting communications alignment, governance processes, and continuous improvement initiatives, including the evaluation and implementation of AI-enabled tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Support development of leadership meeting and event materials, including agendas, presentations, talking points, briefing materials, and logistics documentation.
- Assist with coordination and execution of senior leadership meetings and enterprise-wide events.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure presenters and stakeholders are prepared.
- Ensure strategic priorities and key messages are accurately reflected and aligned across communications materials.
- Support communications planning and alignment efforts by maintaining awareness of upcoming initiatives and messaging priorities.
- Coordinate with event services, IT/AV, security, and other business partners to support meeting logistics and technology needs.
- Maintain planning tools, content repositories, and communications resources.
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense reconciliation.
- Conduct research and compile background information to support communications strategies and messaging.
- Support testing and implementation of AI-enabled tools for content development and operational processes.
- Provide on-site and virtual event support as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in communications, events, project coordination, or corporate operations.
- Strong writing, editing, and executive communications skills.
- Experience supporting meetings, leadership events, or large-scale organizational initiatives.
- Strong organizational, project coordination, and time management skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly.
- Experience with budget tracking, administrative support, or operational coordination preferred.
