Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties
- Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette
- Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with efficiency and professionalism
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accuracy in all clerical tasks such as proofreading and document management
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
- Assist with office management duties including general administrative support
- Support customer service efforts by addressing Resident questions or concerns promptly and courteously
- Perform light bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing or tracking payments when needed
- Ensure the office environment remains tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times
Experience
- Previous office experience or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven customer service experience with excellent communication skills in both bilingual (if applicable) and English languages
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing systems, and office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Experience with medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is also valuable
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy in all tasks
- Strong typing skills along with proficiency in proofreading documents for clarity and correctness
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
