Role Overview
As a full-time employee in this sales role, you’ll be responsible for finding and forming relationships with local restaurant owners. Your focus will be helping them improve operations by providing the right POS solutions. Main Tasks
● Engage: Build trust and long-term relationships with local restaurant owners
● Initiate Contact: Use in-person visits, calls, and emails to schedule demos
● Consult: Assess operations and recommend tailored POS solutions
● Collaborate: Work with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and hit targets
● Record Keeping: Maintain accurate client records in HubSpot and internal tools
● Client Handover: Coordinate smooth transitions with the onboarding team after closing deals
● Track Progress: Monitor key performance metrics and report progress to leadership
Skills Needed
● Sales Background: Experience in relationship-based sales (restaurant experience a plus)
● Communication: Engage clients clearly in person, by phone, and in writing
● Driven: Strong desire to succeed and contribute to team growth
● Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication systems

Earnings / Compensation
Base Salary: $30,000 per year Pay Range: $80,000–$200,000 per year (including bonuses and commissions)
Incentives
● $1,500 upfront bonus per new deal closed
● $1,000 bonus for exceeding 4 deals in a month
● $2,000 bonus for exceeding 6 deals in a month
● $60,000 bonus for closing 60 deals in a year
● 25% of estimated profit paid annually (compounding each year)
Compensation Examples
● Minimum (2 Deals/Month): Year 1 – $85,200 | Year 2 – $110,400
● Expected (4 Deals/Month): Year 1 – $152,400 | Year 2 – $202,800
● Excelling (6 Deals/Month): Year 1 – $231,600 | Year 2 – $307,200
