Operate various equipment throughout plant including cheese manufacturing and packaging equipment
. Ensure all equipment is operating properly.
. Perform cleaning of equipment and document results as necessary
. Monitor the quality of product and report any issues to Leadperson, QC Department and/or Supervisory staff promptly
. Follow DFA's GMP's and work in a manner consistent with corporate and regulatory quality and sanitation requirements
. Maintain a clean work environment and perform clean-up duties between shifts as required
. Perform all work safely according to company policy, reporting an unsafe condition immediately.
. Responsible for monitoring and taking corrective actions when necessary for a critical control point as part of the plant HACCP plan.
. Ensure all documentation is done correctly and turned in promptly.
. Perform any other duties as required to meet production demands.
