Middle School Volleyball Coach (7th Grade)

Minimum Qualifications:
- CPR/AED Certification required
- First Aid Certification preferred
- CAP Certification Preferred
- Knowledge of the fundamental and technical aspects of Volleyball
- Ability to effectively foster the improvement of student-athletes as Volleyball Athletes
- Volleyball coaching experience preferred
- Must abide by the Waterford School District Coaches Handbook and overall District athletic philosophy
Essential Functions:
- Plan, organize and facilitate practices
- Oversee and manage game play
- Assist players in developing volleyball fundamental skills
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Work effectively with the entire coaching staff and athletic department
- Teach, maintain and enforce character and academic expectations within the program
