Pay: $119,000 – $158,000 annually

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Director of Occupational Therapy for an exciting Full-Time Permanent opportunity in King City, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee Occupational Therapy services across inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings
- Manage daily departmental operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow efficiency
- Supervise, mentor, and support occupational therapy staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement therapy programs, policies, and clinical best practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment plans and rehabilitation goals
- Monitor departmental performance, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, accreditation, and facility standards
- Participate in budgeting, resource planning, and operational decision-making
- Support staff education, onboarding, and professional development
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current California Occupational Therapist license required
- Previous leadership or management experience in occupational therapy required
- Strong experience in inpatient and/or outpatient rehabilitation settings
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of rehabilitation operations, compliance, and quality standards
