Warehouse Associate
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our distribution team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, building, and staging customer orders while ensuring products are prepared for safe and efficient delivery. This is a fast-paced, physically active position ideal for individuals who enjoy staying busy and working as part of a team.
Essential Responsibilities
- Accurately pick beverage products using a voice-directed headset system.
- Build customer orders by matching product numbers and descriptions.
- Hand stack cases of product weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Build pallets according to designated stacking patterns to ensure safe transportation.
- Shrink wrap completed customer orders and move finished pallets to the loading dock staging area.
- Load route delivery trucks and semi-trailers using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Move products safely throughout the warehouse using electronic pallet jacks or walkie-rider equipment.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies, equipment issues, or quality concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate order fulfillment while meeting productivity and quality standards.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with general warehouse housekeeping to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
QualificationsPreferred Experience
- Previous warehouse, order picking, distribution center, or shipping experience preferred.
- Experience operating an electric pallet jack is strongly preferred.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including electric pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
