Position Summary
The Quality Representative is responsible for ensuring industrial construction activities meet
project specifications, company quality standards, and client requirements. This position
performs inspections, coordinates testing, maintains quality documentation, and works with
project teams to identify and correct quality issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field inspections of concrete work, including formwork, reinforcement, embeds, placement, finishing, curing, structural steel, and equipment setting procedures.
- Verify compliance with project drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
- Coordinate and monitor concrete testing activities, including slump, air content, temperature, and compressive strength testing.
- Review and maintain quality records, inspection reports, and test documentation.
- Participate in pre-pour inspections and meetings.
- Identify, document, and track nonconforming work and corrective actions.
- Support project teams in resolving quality-related issues and reducing rework.
- Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement throughout the project
- Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; construction-related degree preferred.
Preferred Certifications
- ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade I
- ICC Reinforced Concrete Special Inspector
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
Working Conditions
- Active industrial construction sites.
- Frequent field inspections in varying weather conditions.
- Occasional overtime, travel, and weekend work as required.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have valid email address and phone number

- Must have excellent communication skills. Written, oral, and face-to-face
- Have a strong work ethic
- Work overtime when needed
- 3+ years of experience in concrete construction, inspection, or quality control.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
