- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
- Extensive senior-level Human Resources leadership experience
- Strong background in employee relations, labor relations, collective bargaining, and employment law
- Demonstrated executive leadership, strategic planning, and organizational development experience
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
