We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling and in-person calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Utilize Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
- Engage in warm interactions to follow up on leads generated from marketing efforts.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with clients while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Continuous communication with the client on timeline, payment, expections, etc.
- Provide feedback on client interactions to improve sales strategies and processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in outdoor signage or branding sales environments.
- Individual must have a positive, friendly attitude, along with a Guest service mentality.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and strategies.
- Comfortable with in person cold calls.
- Candidate must enjoy working in a fast paced environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency/energy.
- Individual must possess the desire and ability to learn, as well as demonstrate personal responsibility.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of the technology market and current trends is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
