This In-Store Sales Assistant role is ideal for someone looking to build confidence, communication skills, and hands-on sales experience in a busy retail environment.
We’re representing a company that runs in-store promotional campaigns for home connectivity and communication services. Working inside established retail locations, you’ll support live promotions, engage customers, and help explain everyday services people already recognise and use.
This is a practical, people-facing role with clear structure, training, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting in-store promotional campaigns and sales stands
- Engaging customers in clear, informative conversations
- Explaining service options, packages, and promotional offers accurately
- Assisting with customer sign-ups when appropriate
- Maintaining an organised and professional campaign area
- Working scheduled shifts as part of a team
Training Provided
- Product and compliance training before working independently
- Guidance on customer engagement and sales processes
- Ongoing support from experienced team leaders
Role Requirements
- Availability for full-time, in-person work
- Confidence speaking with customers in a retail environment
- Sales experience helpful but not required

Pay & Compensation
This role is paid weekly and includes a structured base pay, commission, and performance-based bonuses. Average weekly earnings typically range between $800–$900, depending on full-time hours, individual performance, and the campaigns worked. Full training and ongoing support are provided to help you build confidence and maximise your earning potential over time.
