Our growing dental practice in Mt. Gilead, Ohio is looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. We are a modern, patient-focused office that values high-quality care, teamwork, and creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities
Perform dental cleanings, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance- Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos
- Conduct periodontal charting and oral health assessments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventative care
- Assist the doctor with diagnosis by providing thorough clinical findings
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting
- Ensure proper sterilization and infection control protocols
- Create a comfortable, welcoming environment for patients
Qualifications
Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Ohio- Local anesthesia certification preferred
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work well with a team and maintain a positive attitude
- Commitment to providing excellent patient care
