We are seeking a Production Technician to join our team. This will be heavily focused on the cleaning and finishing of parts and metal fabricated pieces. Multiple roles in lasering, anodizing, painting, sandblasting, and wet process. Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in one of these areas.
1st shift OR 2nd shift
$20-$25/hr - Higher for senior or lead level experience
Key Accountabilities
- Maintain excellent attendance and adhere to company policies
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. regularly and 30 lbs. occasionally.
- Use of hand tools requiring fine dexterity and precision.
- Standing, sitting, walking, bending, and stooping for extended periods.
- Exposure to occasional odors, moving mechanical parts, and airborne particles.

- Ensures company standards for safety, quality and customer satisfaction are met or exceeded
- Continuously monitor each step of production process to ensure quality of parts
- Communicate with other technicians within department to share needed information throughout workday
- Responsible for visually monitoring tanks and communicating issues with the Department Manager
- Maintain a clean line, free of clutter. Store equipment properly
- Notify the Department Manager of any necessary maintenance repairs that are needed
- Properly complete required paperwork
- Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area
- Keep up to date with required trainings within the LMS system
- Follow proper safety procedures such as wearing Personal Protective Equipment including safety glasses, gloves, respirators or other as needed
