We are seeking a passionate and energetic Child Care Director to help launch and lead a new licensed, community-based daycare in the Greater Madison Area serving fewer than 30 children.
In this important role, you will oversee the daily operations of the center, help shape its culture from the ground up, and create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
The director will ensure compliance with Wisconsin childcare licensing requirements, support and inspire a dedicated team of caregivers and educators, and build strong relationships with families.
