We are a rapidly growing personal injury law firm and we are seeking a smart, personable, highly organized individual to join our law office to manage our cases. Experience in a personal injury firm or a medical office with familiarity in medical terminology is required. The position also requires excellent communication and customer service skills. The case manager will be supporting our Litigation department.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of a personal injury case from start to finish
- Determine clients' needs by conducting intake interviews
- Open claims and assist clients with property damage
- Initiate and coordinate proper medical treatment, work with medical providers to meet client’s treatment needs
- Arrange additional resources such as transportation and translation services for clients
- Track client progress by analyzing medical records, maintaining client communication, as well as obtaining treatment updates from medical providers
- Ensure proper documentation and integrity of case files

- Personable and courteous with ability to build relationships with clients and professionals
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $40.00 per hour
