The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed BIM models and construction drawings for a variety of projects.
- Customize standard details and tackle unique project conditions.
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-disciplinary teams (architectural, civil, MEP).
- Ensure the highest quality of documentation and designs, from preliminary layouts to final deliverables.

What You Bring to the Table
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree or REVIT/BIM Certification.
- Experience: 3–5 years in structural design using BIM and Revit.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in BIM, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
