Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans to support children and young adults with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will help empower clients to achieve meaningful progress while collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological assessments to identify client needs and inform intervention strategies
- Develop, implement, and monitor personalized behavior intervention plans grounded in ABA principles
- Collect and analyze data meticulously to track client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Perform patient assessments, including intake evaluations, to establish baseline behaviors and set achievable goals
- Support clients in various settings such as home-based environments, schools, and clinics, ensuring consistency across environments
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for client confidentiality
Requirements
- Valid BCBA certification with current certification status from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, especially those with autism spectrum disorders or neurodevelopmental disorders
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), functional assessment techniques, and behavior intervention strategies
- Proven experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting for behavioral health programs
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and medical records management
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in home-based or school settings is highly preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, educators, and healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to patient care and confidentiality is essential

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
