Job Title: Retail Associate & Animal Care Specialist
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service
- The employee must be able to assist customers by carrying bags to their vehicles and be capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient checkout process
- Proficient in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with customers
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and orderly checkout area
- Experience with animal care and knowledge preferred
