Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented OILER/GREASER to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment by performing lubrication, greasing, and basic mechanical tasks. Your expertise will help maintain optimal performance of vehicles and machinery, contributing to the safety and efficiency of our operations. Responsibilities
- Apply lubricants, greases, and oils to machinery, engines, and vehicle components according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential mechanical issues or wear and tear
- Assist with basic mechanical repairs, including oil changes, fluid replacements, and filter replacements
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to carry out maintenance tasks efficiently
- Support vehicle maintenance activities such as tire service, wheel alignments, and general servicing
- Maintain accurate records of all lubrication and maintenance activities performed
- Assist senior mechanics or technicians with more complex repairs as needed
Qualification
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and automotive fluid replacement equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during maintenance tasks
- Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients
