- Must have valid MED Support/Key Badge.
- Must have OPEN availability. WEEKENDS & NIGHT AVAILABILITY ARE REQUIRED.
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for 8-10 hours per shift.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have a positive, outgoing, and friendly personality. We are looking for a customer service champion!
- Must be neat, hygienic, and dressed professionally. Business casual is ok.
- Math proficiency is a plus
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Healing Canna is a distinguished Dispensary that's expanding into Recreational marijuana sales. We are currently looking for full-time team members to assist in our expansion and become full time employees on our new sales floor. Competency is required, experience is not. We serve the greater Colorado Springs area and are widely renowned for our clean, professional atmosphere, our large assortment of innovative products, and our friendly, knowledgeable team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Facilitate transactions accurately and efficiently, while providing tremendous patient support.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships that encourage repeat business.
- Drive sales with knowledgeable, thoughtful suggestions.
- Properly navigate standard software programs, as well as industry specific platforms.
- Prepare and merchandise products for sale.
- Maintain and support a clean, organized work environment. This includes bathrooms.
- Operate honestly and ethically, focusing on compliance with current industry regulations, as well as maintaining confidentiality in regard to patient information and company operations.
- Cash handling, and drawer reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory and perform reconciliation of product.
- Accountable and proactive behavior.
<b>SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: </b>
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of weights and measures as they pertain to cannabis.
- Strong attention to detail, and superb organizational skills.
- High level of motivation, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Good to great problem-solving skills.
- Reporting and information management skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
PAY RATE:
- Start at $15/hourly+ tips, Raise after training is complete.
- Tips equate to an additional $2-$3/hr (Tips are shared by all employees)
