We are seeking a driven salesperson to join our team in a specialized Leader-In-Training capacity. Because we operate 7 busy locations (and are growing!), this person will be "on the road". We need forward-thinking individuals who can master our sales process today and step into leadership roles tomorrow. In this role, you will start by learning the business from the ground up—mastering our 3D design software, guiding customers through their purchases, and driving sales. You will receive dedicated mentorship and training to prepare you for future management and leadership opportunities within Ascential Buildings.
What Are We Looking For?

- Sales Acumen: Previous experience in inside sales, retail, or consultative selling is preferred.
