Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for a flexible, rewarding opportunity? Sallyz Center for Autism is growing, and we're looking for a compassionate, motivated BCBA to join our center-based team on a part-time basis.

What We Offer

What You'll Do
- Complete behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and other team members to ensure quality care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Deliver services in compliance with BACB ethics and professional standards
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Two years of BCBA experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Experience working with children with autism is preferred
- A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of children and families
