Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Clean-up/Tree Crew member! This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, supporting landscape maintenance and tree care projects. You will be instrumental in enhancing the beauty and health of landscapes through hands-on clean-up, tree trimming, and equipment operation. This full-time position is perfect for individuals eager to grow their horticultural skills while contributing to vibrant outdoor environments.
Duties
- Perform landscape clean-up tasks including debris removal, mulching, and general site tidying to ensure pristine outdoor spaces
- Assist with tree care activities such as pruning, trimming, and shaping to promote healthy growth and aesthetics
- Support rigging operations for lifting and positioning heavy branches using appropriate techniques
- Maintain tools and equipment in excellent condition, ensuring safety standards are met at all times
- Collaborate with team members to have a safe and productive day.
Skills
- Interested in growing your experience in horticulture, landscaping, or related outdoor work environments
- Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming, pruning, and general arboriculture principles is a bonus.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions
- Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude eager to learn new skills in landscape maintenance and tree care
