Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Vice President of Strategic Marketing and Growth to lead our organization's growth and integration efforts. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will drive enterprise-wide growth, acquisition integration, and operational strategy, shaping the future of our skilled nursing facilities.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute enterprise-level growth strategies aligned with organizational goals
Lead the integration of acquisitions, new buildings, and strategic partnerships within Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) operations
Drive business development initiatives, identifying new markets, referral channels, and revenue opportunities
Oversee cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and performance
Partner with executive leadership to shape long-term strategic direction
Lead high-level negotiations with partners, hospitals, and stakeholders
Establish performance metrics and governance structures to track growth and integration success
Mentor and develop senior leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation
Requirements:
Extensive experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and Long-Term Care (LTC)
Proven success in executive leadership roles driving growth, acquisitions, and integration
Strong background in strategic planning, operations, and business development within healthcare
Experience leading multi-site or multi-state healthcare operations
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale integration projects and organizational change
Expertise in stakeholder engagement, negotiations, and partnership development
Ability to lead and influence across operations, finance, clinical, and marketing teams
